If I choose to pay in terms, how does this work?

A payment term is one month so you will pay €199 per month for 3 months. The payments will go through Stripe with an automatic payment system. After payment you will get instant access to your workout schedules, instruction videos and BONUS packages. But the big advantage with making a one time payment is that you will save €100 on top of that you will get a unique one week 15 min p/day online bodyweight movement workout for free.

I work 50-60 hours per week, can I fit these workouts into my tight schedule?

It is important to first think about what do you want to achieve with strength training and what role this goal or dreams fulfills in your life. If you want to dedicate time and effort into becoming stronger and achieving your physical goals. You start at Phase 0 and book an intake session. Here we will discuss your current situation and based upon that scenario we will set a Specific, Measurable, Acceptable, Realistic and Time bound goal. That is in line with your lifestyle, wants and needs.

Will training strength negatively impact my yoga, dance or other movement practice?

Strength is a bio motor skill. To put it simply, biomotor skills are the functions the body uses when doing any type of physical activity.

So strength training is the foundation to your movement practice. Creating sufficient stability and strength within the body will help you perform better in your specific skill or movement practice. It is important to keep in mind that the way you train strength will determine whether it will benefit your practice or not.

What are the BIG 5?

The BIG 5 are the basic movements within strength training:
1. Squat
Are exactly as they sound, but they can be bodyweight squats or different variations of loaded squats.
2. Hinge
Are movements that involve a hip hinge. These can be done from a vertical position (i.e. deadlifts) and a horizontal position (i.e. glute bridges).
3. Push
Are movements that involve your upper body pushing muscles. These can be done from a vertical position (i.e. overhead presses) and a horizontal position (i.e. bench press or push ups).
4. Pull
Are movements that involve your upper body pulling muscles. These can be done from a vertical position (i.e. pull ups) and a horizontal position (i.e. bent over rows).
5. Lunge
Is a movement where one foot is stepping forward, backwards or sideways holding up the majority of the bodyweight.

Is this a personal training package or do it yourself course?

It is a online movement system with personalized guidance. Within the 12 weeks there are 4 online personal training sessions of 1 hour. These sessions are check up moments where you get detailed feedback and information about your progress. Besides that are there also strength and movement check ups. These are test where I test the full body strength with basic exercises you can do at home.
On top of that we have weekly Whatsapp check ins. In this sessions you can ask me anything about the program and the journey. And you can send me videos of your training, I will comment and give feedback on every video.

Can I still do my own practice or sports besides this program?

Depending on your own preference I will create a personalized program of no more than 3-4x one hour per week. The training may take a bit longer in the beginning as your getting used to the exercises.

But this all depends on your goals. In order to achieve maximum results with strength training generally you’re aiming for 3 one hour sessions per week. In this way you can get enough rest in between workouts. And you also have more than enough energy for your own movement practice.

'I prefer to workout at the gym' Can I still do this program?

Yes of course! The program is designed so that you can workout at home, in the park, at the gym, basically anywhere you want. Depending on your specific goals and wishes we will decide if you use the gym or not.

I personally think it is important to also use the gym as a tool to stay commited and motivated. Seeing other people work out will motivate you to keep going and keep your eyes on the price.
